Uber#UberPaczki

I never fully understood the concept of “Product-Market Fit” until I saw 50+ people waiting in line at a bakery on Fat Tuesday for a box of paczki. The Uber service provides an on-demand offering at a time-relevant price that takes into account how valuable/available that experience is. Whether rides or pastries, the concept relies on an understanding of what demand will look like in the marketplace. In February 2017, we fulfilled that demand by delivering paczkis to Uber customers in Detroit, for a mere $20.
